Where can I find the cutting capacities for this machine?

A. Cutting capacities can be found on the specification page in the operator's manual.

The drill unit wobbles when cutting.

A. Check the slide adjusting screws are correctly adjusted.

B. Check the arbor and support is adjusted and tightened.

C. Check the cutter being used is not damaged.

C. Replace cutter if it is damaged.

The drill is not locking up on slide.

A. Check the drill unit locking handle is tightened.

A. See operator's manual for instructions. Download Manual

The motor is running but no drive to spindle.

A. This is most likely a gearbox fault.

A. Please contact our customer service team for repair.

There is no power to any part of the machine.

A. Check the fuse in the power supply and on the machine is fitted correctly. EVO42 V1 type fuse on printed circuit board.

B. Check continuity of the cable for any physical damage.

C. If the printed circuit board is fitted to the machine this could be damaged from another fault such as a motor burn out, magnet fault or insulation fault.

A. Replace fuse. If it blows again send to qualified person for testing. Please contact our customer service team for repair.

B. Replace if it is an open circuit or is damaged.

C. Have it repaired by qualified person. Please contact our customer service team for repair.

The magnet works but the drill will not run.

A. Check the carbon brushes.

B. Check if the power going into the drill switch and back out is ok.

C. If power is going in but not out:

D. Check the continuity of the motor connects to the printed circuit board. If no connection:
